2023 Code of Conduct Training

Our compliance training for March is on our Code of Conduct. This document has been updated and is intended to replace the Compliance Guide/Code of Conduct that we have used in the past. Along with the new Code, we have partnered with a new hotline vendor that employees should use for reporting Code or other policy violations. You will see the new phone number in the Code, along with a link to a web portal that employees can used to report violations. As always, reporting can remain anonymous.   Included in this training is a list of FAQs that may be helpful in understanding the reporting process, and what types of violations, or suspected violations should be reported.   Please remember that this training is mandatory, and by completing all parts of the assignment you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to abide by the Code of Conduct.
